One of the initial and primary goals at CEPHAS NeXt is safety. Our motto is Safety first…without it, “all bets are off.” During weekly toolbox talks, staff & crew learn and review best industry & OSHA safety practices using hands-on demonstrations, illustrations, and examples of jobsite do’s and don’ts. Crews show up to work, daily, prepared to work with PPE knowledge, tools, and equipment.
